2. Flood Breaker at a glance
- The game runs offline and does not require an account or sign-in.
- The app does not collect or transmit personal information to A QUICK RENTAL.
- The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, social-login or in-app-purchase SDKs.
- Mission progress and game preferences are saved locally on your device.
- Contacting us or visiting our website is separate from playing the offline game. Those activities are described below.
3. Information stored on your device
Flood Breaker saves your unlocked and selected missions, earned stars, music and sound levels, vibration preference and reduced-motion preference in the app's private Android storage. This allows you to resume the game and keep your chosen settings. These records are not linked to a player account and are not sent to us.
Local progress and preferences remain on your device until you reset them, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. The Reset Mission Progress control in Sound & Settings clears the saved game records and preferences. Clearing app storage through Android settings or uninstalling the app also removes its local data. We cannot retrieve or delete these local records remotely.
The app's Android backup configuration disables cloud backup and excludes its data from Android device-transfer backup. Flood Breaker does not provide cloud saves or synchronization.
4. Permissions and device features
The app declares Android's vibration permission so that gameplay can provide vibration feedback when enabled in settings. Vibration does not provide us with personal information.
The app does not request Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, telephone-state or shared-photo access permissions. It does not read advertising identifiers or persistent device identifiers.
The privacy policy is available as text inside the app. If you choose to open the online policy or a contact link, Android opens an external browser, email app or dialer. These external apps handle their own network connections and information under their respective privacy policies.
5. Information you provide when contacting us
If you contact A QUICK RENTAL by email, phone or post, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address or phone number, details of your question and any attachments you send. Please provide only information needed to answer your request and avoid sending passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

When you visit our website, its hosting server processes technical information needed to deliver the page. For information handled by A QUICK RENTAL, our purposes are answering requests, operating and securing the website, and meeting applicable legal obligations. Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing requested support and maintaining a reliable, secure service, or on an applicable legal obligation when processing is required by law. Where a request relates to a contract with you, information necessary to fulfill that request may be processed to perform that contract.
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
8. Service providers and other disclosures
Our website is hosted using OVHcloud infrastructure. Our listed email address uses Google's Gmail service. These providers process information necessary to provide hosting or email services. Their information is available in OVHcloud's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or protect the service against abuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
Google Play, Android and any external browser, email app or telephone provider may separately process information when you use their services. Their processing is governed by their own policies. Flood Breaker does not send game progress to these providers.
9. Security
The game stores its records in app-private Android storage. The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit between your browser and our server. Access to server administration and support correspondence is restricted to people who need it to operate the service or handle requests. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
10. Retention and deletion
Local game data is retained and deleted as explained in section 3. Routine server-log retention is explained in section 6. We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to answer your request and handle directly related follow-up, then delete it when it is no longer needed. Records subject to a legal obligation or necessary for a legal claim may be retained for the applicable period.
Flood Breaker does not create user accounts, so there is no game account to delete. You can remove local data using the in-app reset control, Android's Clear storage option or uninstallation. To request deletion of information held in our support records, contact us using the details below.
11. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, request its deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive portable information where that right applies. You can also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
